With 5 years of experience, you could become a deputy district judge or trial courts. With more experience, you could become a clerk (run multiple courts). For interviewing, there are legal quality skills for this role, which are: (a) establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the judges and (b) facilitating the work of the Court.
